Q:	The iPhoto plugin sometimes crashes
A:	Please check if you're running the screenshot tool "SnapZ". We had some reports that this application might not work well together with our iPhoto plugin. We're currently looking into the problem.
Q:	I can't open the options dialog of the Xe847 Pro plugin for iPhoto any more
A:	Since version 3.1.0 you need to hold the Command (Apple) key and click, not the Control key.
Q:	The Xe847 Plugin for Photoshop sometimes crashes
A:	There was a bug that occured when using 16bit images with mask. This is now fixed, please download the latest version.
Q:	I bought any of your products. How do i update to a newer program version?
A:	After buying the program, you received an email with a link to a personalized download page. You can always download the latest program version from that page. If you don't have that email any more, please write to support@xe847.com.
Q:	Xe847 looks like one of those fix-0-matic or one-click-enhancements?
A:	Xe847 is NOT a one-click-enhancement for bad pictures. It was specially designed to be used with unchanged image-data coming from a digital-camera or video-camera, not too much under- or overexposed. Look at it as if it was built into the camera in addition to the automatic exposure control.It will not remove extreme artificial colorshifts like that coming from old faded photos, or completely colored ambient light. It will not correct for extremely under or overerexposed Photos. It does what the human eye/brain does too. It filters a photo in such a way that it looks like you remember it.
Q:	Can I use Xe847 to fix my old digitized faded photos and slides?
A:	Xe847 was not designed for correcting dramatic, artificial colorshifts. It will however correct naturally occuring color shifts that the human eye would also eliminate.
Q:	Xe847-Photo says it can not save my photos and quits?
A:	Xe847-Photo uses QuickTime to load and save image files. You need to do a "full Install" of QuickTime, not "minimal"
